I can't activate the Acer 100 GB offer on my account

I have purchase acer aspire laptop on 23-10-24, in my desktop it shows 100gb is free for 1 year if you signup with dropbox and signup and install it shows 2gb storage how to get 100gb storage

    No i haven't redeemed in past 

    Fews mins ago window popups with promotional offer to get 100gb storage in Dropbox to activate signup. I have followed the same
