I can't cancel my Dropbox plan, as I can only access a free Basic account.

i have had dropbox for a over 4 years at £9.50 a month, when i look in my account it says i have a free account so cant cancel it. . i can access a free account, but I cant access my paid account files and i can cancel the subscription. The Dropbox helppages are designed to prevent me from speaking to a human.. its a terrible, i feel ripped off, after spending hours going round in circles.  please canb dRopbox please contact me directly [removed per Community Guidelines]

    If you check your bank statement now, is there any reference to Google Play/iTunes next to your Dropbox charges? 

    If not, I’d like you to use the 12-digit transaction ID that should be provided there on this page to make sure you’re accessing the correct Dropbox account. 

    If you see a different email address to the one that appears here, you’ll need to sign out of your current account and log back in with the email address appearing in our lookup page to cancel your subscription.
