I can't redeem my 100GB on my brand new Acer Nitro v15

I got this laptop two weeks ago and I saw the promo when turned the device on the first time. But I had issues with the windows version installed and had to reinstall a new one. Since then, I've tried downloading the dropbox app from the website and also the Microsoft store in order to redeem the offer since it is still the same PC, but to no avail.

I learnt the preinstalled app is different from the other normal one on the site and Microsoft Store.

It was part of the reasons why I bought this laptop in the first place. I really need it. Is there any way I can still redeem it?

    That won't work. The promotion is only valid when redeemed through the version of Dropbox that came preinstalled on the device. The only way you would be able to redeem it now is if you have a way to revert your laptop back to its original state (the image that it came with from the factory) and use the preinstalled Dropbox application to redeem the promotion.
