I bought new Samsung s7 edge in June 2016. I got one mail regarding for claiming 48gb free space, but I have not noticed it at that time. So, can i claim the same offer now? how?
No, you cannot. The promotion ended one year ago.

I created a Dropbox account on my two desktops and a laptop computer over a year ago.
Last month, Sep 2015, I bought a Samsung Note5 which appeared to have Dropbox pre-installed.
Files that I send from my mobile do not appear in my PC/Laptop folders, which makes me think I have two accounts in the same name. Is this possible? How do I amalgamate the accounts?

Hi Dropbox team,
I earned first promotion space for purchasing Samsung device in 2013.
After I continue purchased one more Samsung device by Oct 16, 2015, I did not see earning more space this time.
Please support me in this case.

So when my 48 GB of promotional space expires and I do NOT upgrade to DropBox PRO, will I still be able to access/download the files that I stored within that 48under a Basic Accoutn or will those files automatically be deleted by Dropbox?
When your promotional deal expires, your Dropbox space limit will automatically return to what it was without the promotional space. For example, if you have a Basic account, your limit will return to 2 GB plus any additional space you've earned through referrals or other bonuses.
If you're over your limit after expiration, you'll no longer be able to save new photos, videos, and docs to Dropbox. You'll be able to get more space by upgrading to Dropbox Pro.

@Chanaka: Is it your first time trying to receive this bonus with a Samsung device? You can only claim it once, even if you buy a second device.
@Stephen: Yes, it's entirely possible, and likely, that you have two account. As this thread is specifically for the bonus space earned with Samsung devices, please start a new topic specific to your issue if you still require assistance. Thank you.
@M. MNS: Have you read this entire thread for the possible reasons and solutions? All the information you need is already here in the previous responses.
@Vu: You can only claim the bonus space once. Since you've already received a bonus from an earlier Samsung device, you are no longer eligible to receive it again.
@Rami: The same thing that I explained to Vu applies to you.
@Larry: No, your files will not be deleted. You just won't be able to sync again until you're below quota. The files will remain accessible in your account to view and/or download.
@Michael: Have you met the other requirements for the promotion? See the following link (which also applies to everyone else that I've responded to).
