I bought new Samsung s7 edge in June 2016. I got one mail regarding for claiming 48gb free space, but I have not noticed it at that time. So, can i claim the same offer now? how?
No, you cannot. The promotion ended one year ago.

Hi, I am trying to get my information clear. I have an account and I am receiving alerts as to my dropbox space will be reduced in 3 weeks.Actually 54,38 Go with 43 Go of used space.
If I don't want to buy a dropbox pro account :
- Will I lose all my data ?
- What will I be reduced to ?
- Should I download my data (this will take tremendous time doing it and findig space to store)
Thanks for your help and knowledge

Will I lose all my data ?
No. Dropbox will not delete your files, even if you're over quota. If you do go over quota, syncing will stop, but your files are still accessible.
What will I be reduced to ?
The message you received should tell you that. If this is a reduction due to an expiring Samsung promotion, you'll likely have 48GB of space removed from your account, and then 3GB added back to it as a Thank You.

@Dennis: Dropbox does not remove the space earned through referrals (inviting friends). If space is being removed, then it's from a time-limited promotion that you were a part of (Samsung bonus, Space Race, etc.).
@Marco: Contact the team admin for the business account. Ask them to contact Dropbox Support and ask to have your previous account restored. Only the team admin will be able to make the request because, technically, your account belonged to the business once you merged it.
@Maxim, Maja: Go into the View all space earned section and look for the bonus that was applied to your account. You should see the date it happened. The Samsung bonus is a two year promotion, so you should be able to figure out the remaining time from that. Also, as you start to get close to the expiration, Dropbox will notify you.

No, unfortunately. The first account to log in gets the bonus space and it cannot be transferred to another account.

Hello,
Some months ago I was able to see the expiration time of my free space promotion, but just now has disapear. In my count I can see the space available an the date of installation but I can not see the expiration date. I should imagine that there is no expiration time?
Thanks

Expiration is usually 2 years from activation.
