I paid for an upgrade, but still have no space and would like to restore deleted files
First of all, thanks to all who answered my previous question - but the plot thickens and this is a bit complicated. So here goes: A) My One Drive is up and running and I would prefer to use One Dr...
- 4 years agoThe Dropbox Transfer plan has the same quota as the Basic plan, meaning you get 2 GB of quota.
The 100 GB is for using the Transfer feature on your account, which on a normal Basic plan would be 100 MB. The files could be uploaded directly into a transfer to be sent to someone.

Hi Sybille, welcome to our Community!
Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts, or that you created a new one when trying to upgrade?
If you use our self-serve look-up tool, which account are you able to see there?
Keep me posted on what you find.

.. I never 😊 - anyway, I am getting a new laptop and AGAIN, OneDrive has run out of space - I've maxed out here. Frankly, I am so disgusted with MS, that I am just going to bite the bullet and return to the fold, i.e. here. "
I am so tired right now, but please - the whole of 2020 has been wiped out here (my files, that is - I rather think we would have liked to wipe out 2020) - I fully intend to upgrade tomorrow, but since I've not been here since September (2021?) - wow - seems like 1921- is there any way to retrieve 2020 files - and whatever else is missing - I will happily pay whatever it costs if this is at all possible.
THANKS SO MUCH TO EVERYONE HERE WHO HAS HELPED ME THESE LAST THREE YEARS! I am really a very nice man - and not all a windsock! LOL~ thanks again.

Hey Astrojon917, I hope you’re doing well!
Can you please clarify when was it that these files got deleted from your Dropbox account approximately?
You can perhaps see more details via this link.
Keep me updated.
