I upgraded to the Plus plan, but Dropbox still shows I have 2GB of space.
Hello We have upgraded to 2TB this morning. I can see the transaction on our bank account but storage space is still only 2GB. We have not received a receipt /confirmation either.

Is it possible that you're paying for a different Dropbox account than the one you mainly use?
Also, how have you been paying for your Dropbox subscription? Directly through your credit cad or through iTunes/Google Play?
If you've been paying through credit card, you can try our payment lookup tool, to find the email address associated with the account you're paying for.

Only logged in with the account I want to use for dropbox. Payed with IDEAL. Got a confirmation that it got payed in my bank account.

However when I am in account settings it registers wrong as can be seen here:
When I click the try for free button it says the following:
So this is most definitly a problem on your side...

The worst part of this all is that even though I pay for a plus subscription, I am unable to contact direct support. This is absolute bull**bleep**, this should have been fixed 1 hour ago and here I am waiting for my rightfull support.
