I upgraded with PayPal but my account isn't upgraded yet, why?

Hi all.

I have just paid a yearly subscription fee for a 2TB account and it's showing as paid in paypal but dropbox is still saying 'please upgrade now'

It's like the transaction only half finished. The money has left my account. Paypal also verifies that money has been sent but I cannot do anything in DB.

Admin please help.

Thanks

Hi Gjones87, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?

This will help me to assist further!

Problem resolved - DB issued a refund. I have no repurchased.

      Thanks,

      Hi Jay.

No, there is nothing in that page but I have a receipt from PayPal and the funds are gone from my account.

I tried to contact customer assistance but I can't do that without a subscription evidently.
