I was charged for a yearly subscription even though I have a Basic plan
I downgraded my plan to basic in January, yet my card was automatically charged $199. How do I get the charge removed and prevent this from happening again?

Hey @meeee - sorry to hear about this.
Can you please clarify what plan you're on at the moment and if you had upgraded through the website or via the app store on a mobile device in the first place?
if it's the former, you could try using our look-up tool to identify the email address that's associated with the charge in question.
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.

Thank you for your help. I'm on a basic plan, and have been for many months. It had originally been upgraded through the website. Also downgraded the same way.
