Invoices not showing up in Billing.
Hi, i paid for the annual basic subscription and need the invoice to liquidate corporate expenses, when i go to the Billing Tab its empty, can someone help?
Basic is a free account, so, if you see that on the Plan page you are logged in to the wrong account. You MUST log on to the right account to see the invoices.
Have a try of https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to work out which account you actually paid to upgrade.

Are you logged in to the right account? Does it show you on a paid plan at www.dropbox.com/plans ?

Thank you for the reply, i got billed 129.97 on November 29th and in subscriptions it shows im subscribed to the Basic plan, seems like i have two accounts with different emails but on both i have no invoices under billing
