Hey brianhaider, sorry to see you're having trouble upgrading your account through iTunes.
Can you let me know what you've tried so far?
Did you try to restore your purchase?
To do this, open the Dropbox app, tap on "Account", then on the gear icon and then on "Restore purchases".
