Lost access to account, can't cancel subscription

Use this https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to find the account and contact support from that page 🙂
- Jaredx3363 months agoExplorer | Level 3I've tried this, the page isn't working properly. It says I haven't put in the last 4 digits of my card number nor my exp date. I have tried this on 2 different browsers.

You will need to contact support via www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help.
Do that while not logged in, even to here. It may be easier to use an incognito window. When at the site there is an option to get help with account issues.
