Message from Dropbox about completing date of birth by 1st September or lose Family Plan Access
I received the same email & have the same issue. I can't find where to update the DOB from! This truly frustrating for how much we pay for this service. Not to mention that we store important persona...

i recieved this notification and I entered an incorrect number in year, now it tells me that my account will be closed. How can I update the information?

That was probably a Phishing scam attempting to get people to supply their date of birth as the perp is building enough information to open phony accounts or to gain access to your accounts. Do not think it is a good thing as it is an obvious Identity Theft attempt.

Same problem. notification messages both via email and when accessing my account through a browser, without the ability to enter DOB. This is a bug. Fix it.
