Paid for an upgrade but didn't get it
How on earth can I speak with someone? They screwed up my account... I paid for an upgrade and it hasn't been acknowledged. The chat and contact us features are a complete joke

Could you please clarify if you upgraded via the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device?
Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with another email address of yours perhaps?
