The file attachment option is not working for me so I had to post the screenshots below.

Would you mind taking a look at your payments page too? It should show you any old subscription there. If not, you can try your account's billing page.
In any case, it doesn't seem to be a way to remove entirely this pop-up other than closing the window by pressing the "x" on the top right part of the screen.
However, I'll forward your feedback to the appropriate areas so we can continue to improve.
As for adding new content, and not being able to see the on any of your devices: do you check the app or your account online on these devices? Have you checked that the app on these devices is up and running? If so, what is the syncing status there?
