I Didn't receive my HP promotion.

I Have just bought my first HP Laptop and installed dropbox to received the free space. However Once all my windows updates finished installing i dont have the space allocation as per the promotion

Hi,

 

I bought a new hp laptop this week and followed the steps for Dropbox 100GB promotion but haven't seen it added to my account yet. Does anyone have any words of wisdom

    Hey Jorgegzz, welcome to our Community! 

     

    Did you install Dropbox yourself, or did you do it through the app that's pre-installed on the laptop? You need to use the app that's pre-installed on the device. 

     

    Also, have you then completed the Getting Started guides: www.dropbox.com/gs ?

      I did it through the app that's pre-installed on the laptop, and also I have completed the Getting Started guides, but not change on the amount of storage
