Referral status ineligible

Hi all, I have referral a friend, she download and install DropBox on her PC but I don't receive extra space and the status of my friend is "Ineligible".

I activated my Lenovo deal that gives me 100 GB for a year. After activating that deal, I received an email from Dropbox saying that the storage has been added for six months. But when I saw my profile page, it shows I still have only 2.5 GB storage available (the additional 0.5 for downloading the app). Where's the rest of it, and why is it for a shorter duration?
