Referral status ineligible

Hi!!! I have referred my 2 friend's but the referral bonus is not credited: in my DB setting page, I see "ineligible". They have installed DB app on their PC, after the registration. Thanks in advanc...

Hi all, I have referral a friend, she download and install DropBox on her PC but I don't receive extra space and the status of my friend is "Ineligible".

Why?
