Refund has not been transferred back yet

Hi! I issued a refund for $199.00 last December 30, I already received an Invoice and was told by one of the customer support (Sarah) that it would return to my account within 3-5 working days and if not returned within that day, I would contact my bank. Unfortunately it’s been a 7 business days already and I haven’t got any update about my refund. I contacted the bank and they advise me to message the dropbox customer service. Since I already cancelled my subscription, live chats aren’t available anymore and I don’t know how to contact them anymore. I need help 🥹

    Can you please share your ticket's ID for your support interaction so that we can look it up in our system?

    Otherwise, you can also contact our support team through this form. Just make sure to use an incognito window where you're not logged into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
