If somebody is using your card you need to lodge a fraud report with your card company as you need a new card number. Dont rely upon Dropbox to sort because they'll use it elsewhere as well.

You need to contact your card company - somebody is defrauding you and cloning your card. If they do that here they will do it elsewhere.
