I am unable to cancel my Essentials Plan. I have deleted all my Dropbox files and still can't cancel my plan. There is no customer support and my plan is due to renew on Sunday 19th Jan. What can I...

When I select the cancel plan button absolutely nothing happens, and I’ve tried it on my laptop and mobile.
