Unable to cancel my Dropbox Essentials plan
I am unable to cancel my Essentials Plan. I have deleted all my Dropbox files and still can't cancel my plan. There is no customer support and my plan is due to renew on Sunday 19th Jan. What can I...

I have now spent 2 days trying to cancel my subscription to Dropbox and still am unable to do so. I have cleared out all my Dropbox files, and have tried to contact Dropbox numerous ways and no has been able to assist or tell me why I can’t cancel my plan. If I get charged tomorrow, I will demand a refund and you need to seriously look at your lack of customer service.

I was able to locate your ticket number, and also left an internal note in there for the agent to see.

I have heard nothing today from any of the Dropbox agents. Please cancel my plan.
