Unable to upgrade/sign in loop

Hi I’m having trouble upgrading my subscription to plus. I’ve tried it on my phone and my laptop basically when I try and upgrade it leads me to a screen to sign in to link my account but the problem is I’m already signed in and then it notifies me that I’m already signed in yet tells me to sign in again. Running in circles all I wanna do is spend money on this app.

      Could you clarify what's showing on your plan page at the moment and send us a screenshot of the error or the last screen you can get to?
