Unknown transaction in my credit card, I was charged $11.99
I have got a credit card notification about dropbox transaction on 27th Jan 2025, which I did not perform. Upon checking, the transaction was associated with unknown email from other country. How do I get a refund and report this? I have called my bank, they have asked me to reach out to dropbox.

Hi asaitomoko, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, which is sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.

In addition to what Jay said, make sure your bank isn't just brushing this off and having you contact the merchant(s). If you didn't provide your billing information to Dropbox, then someone else has! Your bank should be taking all precautions based on that fact alone (lock the account, change the card number, block all transactions on previous number, etc.).
