Unknown transaction in my credit card, I was charged $11.99
I have got a credit card notification about dropbox transaction on 27th Jan 2025, which I did not perform. Upon checking, the transaction was associated with unknown email from other country. How do ...

In addition to what Jay said, make sure your bank isn't just brushing this off and having you contact the merchant(s). If you didn't provide your billing information to Dropbox, then someone else has! Your bank should be taking all precautions based on that fact alone (lock the account, change the card number, block all transactions on previous number, etc.).
