Why am I being charged by Dropbox, when I don't have a paid plan?

Hi

Today I found something strange on my creditcard.
Dropbox db.tt cchelp was the notice and they tool money from my creditcard.
But I don‘t have an account which must be payed.

Thanks for your post here, @SandyRo.

Does your bank statement mention anything else besides Dropbox, like iTunes/Google Play?

If not, and you can see a 12-digit transaction ID next to your Dropbox charges, you can use it on this page and identify the Dropbox account it’s linked to.

Let me know if that helps.

      Hi

Thanks for your answer, but it did not help.
There is no 12 digit number.

Made a reclamation to my credit card.

Alright, thanks @SandyRo! If you see nothing related to iTunes/Google Play either, we can go ahead and log a ticket for you.

Is it OK to contact you to the email address you see here?
