Combining two accounts, but one is associated with a disabled email.
I have two accounts now. One is DropBox Plus (disabled email address) and the other is DropBox Basic (new). How can I combine the two under the new email address?

There's no way to combine accounts. You can use a shared folder to move files from one account to another, but that's it. Of course, you will need to be able to sign in to both accounts. If you're unable to sign in to the account with the disabled email address, the account is likely lost.
