How can I merge my two accounts and access the files of both from the same computer?

Hey Amybrodrick1244, thanks for joining us!
There's actually no automatic way to merge your two accounts, but you can share the files from one account to the other.
For example, you can share the files of the account you don't want to keep, with the account you currently have linked to your desktop.
You mentioned you can see your old files on your app, so if you're still logged in there, you should be able to do this.

Hello Hannah - I had more storage on the other account. How do I ensure that I am being charged correctly since I have access to two accounts?!?!?

You need to make sure you share information from the account you don't want on the computer to the one you do (i.e. paid) and then make sure that is the one syncing to that machine.
