I tried to log in to my account but a new one was created with the same email.
i tried to log in today to my account but a new one created and all my data are gone! i have emails that i can prove that i had account where people sharing stuff with me!
i don't want to talk to ...

Megai don't think that this could be the issue. i had a look again and i have not received any email saying that my account will be inactivated. dopbox's regulations say that i will be notified if that is the case. in addition to this it should not be more that 12 months after my last log in & i am sure about it because 9 months ago i had to do some work with the files of dropbox.

Hey elenima, did you maybe have another account linked to your old Dropbox account?
If you have any other email addresses, feel free to check there for any Dropbox emails.
Is it possible that you have any linked devices to that account too? Just to see if you can check there, and get re-directed to the account itself.
