Incorrect name in Dropbox email

On 12/12/2021 I received an email from Dropbox titled 'Updates to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy'.

After carefully reviewing this case, our agents have discovered that this user had entered a string of characters that may potentially be a password into the name field of second Dropbox account. No I did not enter my password as my name.
Dropbox sent two emails:
1) Saying Hi 'my password'
2) Saying Hi 'Steve'
I made no changes to my details in between emails so this error appears to have come from your end.
