i AM SIGNED INTO BOTH BUT DIFFERENT PICS ON EACH, PHONE AND COMPUTER
I somehow lost my connection of my cell phone to my computer. when i deleted files in dropbox to get under the maximum of the free usage box.

I see that you've posted elsewhere on the forums using a different account ( wayneferro1 vs wayneferro ), so you most definitely have more than one account. Make sure you're using the same account on both devices.
I have, the 3 photos sit in transfer, but don't show up on my cell phone

Are you referring to signing out of the Dropbox mobile app so that it's no longer linked to your account?
Are you able to sign back into the account?

Im have both cell phone and computer setup and i transfer from computer to cell and it does not go
i am so frustrated and ready to pack it all in,

wayneferro1, if you’re not seeing the correct files on the mobile app, log out of it with these steps and sign back in with the email address and password of your other Dropbox account/the one you're signed in on your desktop app.
