Multiple notifications by email. If I reset my password, I receive at least 10 emails about this.

I've been receiving the same notification multiple times in my email. For instance, if I reset my password, I receive the code 10 times, or if there is activity on my account, I get the notification ...

It's interesting what you mentioned. Has it always been like that, or did this start happening recently? 

 

Is it like that with all the Dropbox-related emails you receive on your end?

    This started recently since I had to reset my password. All the notifications come several times, the reset codes as well as the logins I make with my account or the notifications of changes in my files, all emails related to Dropbox arrive multiple times..

      Hey P_Lorca! Hope you don’t mind me jump in. 

       

      Can you let me know what’s the email service provider you’re using at the moment? 

       

      Also, if you disable and then, re-enable these notifications on this page, does that seem to change anything at all?
