Received Verification email but nothing happens when I click on Verify Email

- 2 years agoWhat I failed to notice, was that the 6 digit code was sent to the old email AND any device associated with this account. I found the code in my notices in the Dropbox app and was able to log in with it and verify my email.

Hey Sandersen, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please send us a screenshot (omitting any personal info if possible) of the page you're landing on when you click in the email to verify your new email address?
Also, since you don't have access to the email address that's primarily associated with your Dropbox account, you might need to create a new account and copy or move any files you had stored in your (old) account to the new one.
In any case, please keep us posted!
