Can't find login credentials, in order to access the account.
Good Morning, I'm having the following issue:
I'm working on my business WP account and I need a backup saved on DropBox, but no body is aware of this business' DropBox account and I'm searching help every where.
I downloaded from WP the Update Log and I also got some sort of Business Auth code.
Can I get in contanct with some body and talk about the problem? I reached the bot but without any success.
Thanks

Hey Niksc, welcome to our Community!
Let me recap to ensure we're aligned: You're trying to locate the account credentials to access it and retrieve your file, correct?
Also, could you clarify what you mean by "WP" and specify which update logs you download on your end?
As a first step, would you mind clarifying what you mean with "WP", and what update logs you downloaded on your end?
You also mentioned this is a team account. Can I assume it's on a paid plan? If so, you can use our self-serve lookup tool in order to locate the charge. Once you do that, you should be able to identify the email address associated with the Dropbox account.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
