Can't receive a one time security code because my email is no longer active
my challenge is; when I sign in my dropbox account it sends me a 6 digit code in my email which is no longer active hence I cant access the code for me to be able to log in the account so that I can actually change my email to an active one. what do I do to resolve this challenge?

Its unlikely you can: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access
You need to contact support via www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in, even to here. The best bet is to use an incognito window. Then ask for help. Note it may not be possible to recover it.
