Compromised Account

My entire company has been getting phishing emails from a couple of dropbox accounts. I've tried the chatbot and called multiple times to support, only to be told I need to have a better membership to use the help features. This is outright egregious. 

I just want to report the 2 accounts and have them disabled. Can anyone please help me with this?
