Email address Not working
I have 2 phones.
I can log in from 1 phone, so my email address is accepted but when logging in on on the other phone I receive message reading
"Please enter a valid email address".
So on second phone it's Not accepting my email address.
So I can only log in from only one of my phones & Not the other. What is the Problem. Pls Help

When you say log in on your phone, I'm assuming you're referring to the mobile app and not a web browser - correct?
Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting, omitting any personal information?
If you're on the Basic plan, have you ensured that you're not hitting your account's device limit?
