Email is no longer in use so I can't access my account due to security code.
Dear Dropbox community
I recently changed my phone& when I tried to log onto the Dropbox app on the new phone it asked me to input a code that was sent to an email I no longer use.
My Dropbox account was created 15+ years ago with this email but in the meantime the domain ceased to exist so I can't access this email inbox anymore.
I know the email & password to access my Dropbox but if the code is sent to an email that no longer exists it's pointless.
Does anyone have any advice please on how I can regain access to my account?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you v much.
Lovely day

Thanks for posting this here, DanielaP!
From what I understand, you’re referring to this one-time security code.
Do you perhaps have access to any devices that you might have had linked to your account? The 6-digit code should be sent to those as well.
If not, try submitting a help request to our support team directly through this page, while not logged in to your Dropbox account (you can try from a private browsing window).
Keep me posted!
