    I'm afraid that non-shared folders can only be accessed by the user that creates them.

    There is a 'sign in as user' feature, with which an admin can sign in to a member's account, however, that's currently available to Dropbox Business Advanced plans.

I am the Team admin and in the content page on Admin console I cannot see my own folder. It says "not authorized to browse <folder>" (folder is called <first_name last_name>)

 

I am able to see and work on the folder in ordinary mode

Can you please send us a screenshot of the error, if possible?

 

Is this what you see if you login from a different browser or a private browsing window as well?

    Yes I tried in both Firefox and Chrome. Getting same error. Haven't tried private (I guess you mean incognito?) yet. Will revert back along with a screenshot
