I just received an email from dropbox saying that my ex was disbanded by dropbox. i currently have a restraining order on him and I need to contact dropbox. Does anyone have a phone number for customer service?

It was almost certainly disbanded due to https://help.dropbox.com/teams-admins/team-member/free-teams-overview. It is nothing to do with the restraining order.
This is simply Dropbox unlinking and closing Teams which are free. Nothing else.
In terms of phone support unless you are a paid business user there isnt any (and if you were you'd not be getting this message as its only free accounts impacted).
