How can I change my alias Apple email to my personal one?
I signed up with Apple ID, which I do not actually have an email for but it created a random one which I can’t access. In order to change my email to mg personal one, I must have access to my Apple...

If you used the Apple ID random email creator it will still receive emails to ones sent to that.
Allow it to send the password and then use the code sent to verify it and change later.
