How can I enter my Dropbox account, if I have no access to its linked email address?

I've used dropbox alot over the years and I like it but I've stopped using it because I can't resolve a problem. There is no-one to contact for help. My original account was setup with a Netspace email address which I no longer use. I don't have a password for it and can't reset it. I know use a gmail account. So, I've created a new dropbox but I still have lots of files in my old dropbox.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Wendymj18, I’m sorry to hear about this.

When saying you don’t have a password for it, are you referring to your old Netspace email address or your Dropbox account?

If the former, you should still be able to log in to Dropbox with that email address and your Dropbox password.

Keep me posted for more info.

      Hi Nancy,
I mean both really. I know my netspace email address but I don't remember the password for the Dropbox login, so I can't reset it cause I can't access email from Netspace.
