When saying you don’t have a password for it, are you referring to your old Netspace email address or your Dropbox account?
If the former, you should still be able to log in to Dropbox with that email address and your Dropbox password.

I mean both really. I know my netspace email address but I don't remember the password for the Dropbox login, so I can't reset it cause I can't access email from Netspace.- Mark

It is very unlikely you will be able to get access. Without your email you have no way of proving ownership. See https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access for info.
The only people who can help, however, is Support. Contact them via www.dropbox.com/support while logged out of everywhere - even here. It is usually easier to do it via an incognito window.
