I am locked out of old account since I don't have access to the email address that's linked with it

so I no longer have access to the email that is attached to my old dropbox acc so the security code is gertting sent there and i dont know how to change the email this acc is like 10 years old i really need it

    the problem is i cant actually email a human about my problem

      Hey Padstar - did you try getting in touch with our support team as Mark suggested?

      If you did, you can share your ticket ID with us so that we can look it up in our system too,  if needed.

    they suggest getting intouch with my email provider to try and get into the email acc but ive tried and cant get into it the only way it can be fixed is if the email is updated through asking me security questions/ i dont know  :(
