I don't receive the 6 digit code to my email's inbox.
I cannot receive 6 digit code to my inbox;
- I am sure I typed my email correctly
- I checked my spam folder
- I added no-reply@dropbox.com as safe contact
- I contacted support@dropbox.com- recieved a reply: "Replies to this email are routed to an unmonitored inbox and will not be answered by our support team."
- My spouse tried with his email and it worked
- I want him to try with mine to ensure I'm not missing a step.
I am desperately looking a solution to access my acount.

Sorry to hear about this, MysterySauce.
Have you tried logging in to your Dropbox account again and re-typing your email address and password since then?
Do you have any devices currently linked to your account? If yes, you can check the Notifications section for the one-time code.
If there's still no code to be found after all that, I can go ahead and log a ticket for you directly (to the email address you see here).

Thanks Nancy for your quick response! I have tried your first advise without success. No other device is connected, I have given backmy work laptop since I stopped the contract with the company.
The account I have no acccess is another email. Since I'm desperate, I'm writing from my spouse account. [removed per Community Guidelines] is the account I'm having the issue. I would appreciate if you can open a ticket.
