I don't receive a verification email when trying to share a Dropbox link.

I'm having trouble getting an email verification when I'm trying to share a link on Dropbox.  I have Protonmail email address.  I've sent for the verification multiple times with no messages in my in...

This is what I see when I try to share a folder or document.  I see no email in my inbox when I check and there is nothing in spam.

Have you tried adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try to verify your email address again?

 

If this doesn't work, I'll be happy to send you an email in order for us to have a closer look into this.
