My account has been hacked.
I have been hacked, my Revolut account has been fraudulently emptied because of Dropbox how is this possible???? I so upset and Angry

Not sure how Dropbox can do that. What makes you think it was Dropbox?
However, you need to speak to Revoult to secure your account and also consider using things like 1Password to ensure passwords are secure.
Have a look at the Dropbox Security Checkup and make sure 2 Factor Security is on all accounts that offer it - especially mobiles and emails.
