My account was deleted after being removed from a Dropbox team
My business dropbox account was deleted after being removed from a team. Need to recover the account and all the files. Don't understand how the account was deleted after following the steps to be removed from a team? These are my ticket numbers if that helps:

If you were simply removed from the team, then the account being deleted is the expected outcome. In order to be removed from a team and having the account returned to your control, the team admin needs to convert the account back to an individual account.
If the account was removed and deleted, the team admin can restore the account if it was deleted within the last seven days.

Replies for free, assuming thats what you are, is usually within a few days. Paid within about 24 hours or so Monday through Friday.
