My email address no longer works - how do I log in?

My email address is no longer available to me, so when I try to log in , the system sends me a 2 factor authentication code to that address but naturally , I cannot access it. How can I access the account or by-pass the 2 factor code requirement( I used to have access until recently, as the password was saved to my laptop and I did not need the 2 factor security level. thanks

    Are you talking about two-step verification or just the one-time security code?

     

    In any case, I would definitely suggest reaching out to our support team directly.

     

    You can do so, by opening a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and going to this page.

     

    Select your issue type, fill out the form and submit your request.

     

    Once you have the ticket number, make sure to send it to us here as well.
