Need help getting access to account where I can't authenticate via MFA due to inaccessible email

Hello Dropbox community, The account I'm trying to access has a student email, that I don't have access to anymore, but somehow I've been getting on since the cache was saved, until earlier this year. The username for that account is [removed]
I have alot of files I need to access for that

Please let me know if you can help

    You can try contacting Support, but without access to the email account you may not be able to gain access to the Dropbox account. You need to maintain an active email address on your account so you can receive password resets and one-time security codes used during sign in.

     


    To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

       I'll try that ,thank you. DO you know if an essentials account (that I just made) will get me a human person. The support chat doesn't get me anywhere

        You need to follow the exact steps that I posted above, while NOT signed in to any account.
